I found a sweet, short sequence using pick ups:
•lolasana/pendant (as shown here)
•uncross ankles and sit on heels
•Reverse and repeat.
It’s a challenge and definitely nice to have the use of blocks, and a studio ;)
I didn’t think to use blocks for this! I tried this Wednesday and failed miserably!
